Tongues were wagging at 7th and Montana this morning on reports that Our Favorite Cocker Spaniel, Toby, is in the doghouse again. Months after the dutiful pooch left a little surprise for the U.S. Postal Service, he decided to relieve himself in the local school library. Look on the bright side, Genevieve, at least he's giving your class a new lesson in the Doo-e-Decimal system!
