Our favorite Starbucks was abuzz this morning with complaints about new "management." The fun began when one customer asked, "Who was that slowpoke who took 20-minutes yesterday to make my latte?" Evidently, it was a new manager who isn't exactly winning an Oscar for best performance. Will he shape up or ship out? Inside sources speculate that he'll do both: He'll shape up with more experience and ship out to greener pastures.
