Just when we thought the construction frenzy on 7th Street was beginning to cool down, a new development reared its head today at 7th and San Vicente. While details are still forthcoming, preliminary indications -- the tell-tale rent-a-fence surrounding a vacant yard -- suggest a new McMansion might be taking root.
