Wedding bells were ringing on Lincoln yesterday as Joyce and Bob not only celebrated but also hosted Wes' wedding at their home. Bob even performed the nuptials, after getting a certificate granting him the authority for a 24-hour period. It sounds like the event went off without a hitch -- other than that of the happy couple. Congratulations to all!
