Chances are, if you've made the scene at 7th and Montana recently, you've taken note of a mysterious newcomer who has been quietly taking notes of his own every morning. Am I alone in finding his behavior suspicious? What will he do next, snap secret photographs while we sip our coffee? As the attached photo clearly suggests, he was at it again this morning. I, for one, am outraged at this potential invasion of privacy ...!
