It was doggone wet this morning at 7th and Montana, but that didn't stop one determined Starbucks addict -- pictured here -- from making her appointed rounds, dog-in-tow. Despite a torrential downpour, she tied the poor dog to a tree while she grabbed a cup of coffee. While she said her dog didn't mind, I have my doubts!
