Our Favorite Building Manager -- an international man of mystery if there ever was one -- was understandably jubilant today based on Italy's victory in yesterday's World Cup match. Of course, he said that in addition to being Italian, he's also French so he would have been happy if France won, as well. Now that's what I call a win-win situation!
