Rumor has it that local fixture Patty's Pizza is leaving the neighborhood at the end of the month. According to sources familiar with the situation, the popular pizzeria balked at its monthly rental costs. Afterall, any way you slice it, $10,000 a month is a lot of dough for a small pizzeria. On the other hand, perhaps the location might be of interest to a certain would-be Falafel magnate!
