After months of inactivity, a rental truck appeared at our Favorite Fixer Upper this week. Could a new neighbor at long last be moving in? Unlikely, given the holes in the roof. Could the owner at long last be delivering badly needed fixtures and roofing materials? I wouldn't hold my breath!
