No ifs, ands or butts: An inconsiderate smoker -- we'll call him The Marlborough Man -- ignited a storm of controversy this morning at 7th and Montana. Not only did he smoke incessantly, but he also carelessly threw his butts in the flower bed. I guess it's true what they say, "Where there's smoke, there's ire!"
