Quick, call Ripley's Believe it or Not!  Actual construction workers appeared on the scene today at Santa Monica's favorite fixer upper.  In an exclusive interview, one worker -- pictured here during one of his breaks -- noted, "This project is moving quickly."  I left before he tried to sell me the Brooklyn Bridge.
