If the early bird gets the worm, our friendly neighborhood building manager must have a lot of fishing bait.  Imagine my surprise when I walked into Starbucks at 6:30 this morning and there he was, perched on a stool, in deep conversation with another early bird.  After engaging in the usual small talk, I decided to put a new theory to the test by saying, "Always a pleasure, Ralph."  Judging from his surprising reaction -- laughter -- I'm afraid it was just yet another blunder in the name game.
