Phew ... Proposition 76

Good thing voters rejected proposition 76.  It would have been hard to face that nice lady giving out anti-Proposition 76 bookmarks at Starbucks if it had passed.  According to her bookmark, Prop. 76 would have meant, among other things, granting the Governor "unilateral powers to slash school funding."  Maybe Arnold should have swung by 7th and Montana ... then he'd know what he was up against.
