It was a sad day at 7th and Montana as word spread that the owner of the Shinju Pearl store passed away. "Due to the death of the store owner, we will no longer have a store," said the sign on the door of the once venerable establishment. While the deceased made her way to the "Shinju Pearly Gates," locals feared that Starbucks might make yet another land grab!
