Horns were honking and traffic was snarled this morning at Wilshire and Westwood as a delightful damsel in a Ford Taurus (pictured here) decided it was more important to apply her makeup than drive her car. As for me, I slowed down long enough to roll down my window and say "Smile, You're on Candid Camera!"
