Inside sources report that it was a Dog Day Afternoon yesterday as a swarm of police officers descended upon Palisades Park, issuing citations for every dog without a license. According to Richard, Our Favorite Sheepdog Charlie is in-the-clear, but many of his friends are in the doghouse!
