No ifs ands or butts ... Florida officials have come up with an innovative way to treat smokers at Tampa International Airport. While the airport has created what they call an "Outdoor Smoking Lounge," it's essentially just an open-air cage suspended precariously above the departure zone. For smokers, it must be a drag in more ways than one!
