In a startling local development, Santa Monica residents flocked to the corner of 7th and Montana this morning on reports that a lone Building Manager was precariously perched atop our favorite Blockbuster. While inside sources maintain that he was simply "performing minor repairs," others speculate that he was actually scouting locations for Montana Avenue's first-ever Mediterranean Rooftop Restaurant.
