THE TROUBLE WITH TRELLISES

They say you can never be too rich, too thin or have too many trellises in your yard.  Then, again, check out the latest blunder at 7th Street's favorite fixer upper, where the trellis action seems to never end.  Locals were aghast this weekend as a construction crew worked overtime building a trellis that extends well beyond its cinder block base.  In a rare interview, one source close to the project said of the homeowner, "She relishes her trellises."
