THE RED TAG SPECIAL ...

It was water, water everywhere but not a drop to drink this morning at the site of Santa Monica's favorite fixer-uppper.  It seems the City of Santa Monica has "red tagged" the property and shut off its water supply for failure to comply with city regulations.  I guess that means there won't be any plants filling those holes in the ground for a while.
