Kudos to Melinda for the work she does with her charitable organization, The Next Big Thing, a group which helps underprivileged African children get badly needed medical attention. Today Melinda brought a special guest to 7th and Montana, a 2-year-old girl from Ghana who just arrived for an operation she can only get in the U.S. What a great cause!
