It was a bright, new day at Sunshine Auto Parks as local officials unveiled three plastic pylons designed to prevent further scrapes and mishaps at Our Favorite Parking Lot. "Oh goodie, another obstacle" said one jubilant bystander. Rumor has it that Richard's upstairs neighbor -- who made headlines last night by crashing his Lamborghini along Ocean Avenue -- will put the pylons to the test as soon as he gets his license back!
