Spectators were aghast this morning as an unidentified woman arrived at 7th and Montana, intent on destroying all signage in her path. "Yard Sale," "Lost Dog," "Will work for Food" all ended up in shreds at the hands of this Neighborhood Neatnik. Thank God she left our new "No Smoking" sign intact. Ironically, inside sources suggest that the woman's behavior is itself a sign: of an Obsessive Compulsive Disorder!
