Cheers erupted at 7th and Montana this morning as word spread that the retail space across from Our Favorite Starbucks is finally getting a facelift. Vacant since Blockbuster Video flew the coop in October 2009, the space has long been a source of neighborhood speculation. Some want a book store, others want a Halfway House for Wayward Loons. It's gotten to the point where you practically need ESP to figure out what's going on. Fortunately, ESP -- a "wellness center" -- quietly moved into the space upstairs several months ago ...!

Oh! Gosh!...Deja vu! Remember when that monstrosity was being constructed that you couldn't avoid watching because it was right outside your window!...lol...I could just picture you mesmerized with horror!
