Eyes were popping at 7th and Montana this morning as a couple of Vesparados made the scene in a vintage Vespa 150 scooter. Actually, they were riding in the sidecar. One, a Bull Terrier named Muffin, lounged across the front seat, while the other, an English Bulldog named Cuddles, rode shotgun in the back. They were both wearing flight goggles. "Now I've seen everything," I said, "Let's just hope one of them has a Driver's License ...!"
