It was another day, another fashion victim at 7th and Montana this morning as an Anonymous Newcomer made the scene wearing black socks festooned with neon pink, orange and blue polka dots and stars. The socks alone weren't that odd, but the fact that she wore them with a black trench coat and clogs made her look like a refugee from the Wizard of Oz. "Don't bother calling the Fashion Police on this one," said one insider, "It's not worth their while." I guess I agree. But still, it would be nice to know whether this woman is on the list of Registered Sox Offenders.

I would wear those socks...but I wouldn't be caught dead in clogs!
