Cheers erupted at 7th and Montana this morning as the Dignified Walking Lady, known for wearing Arctic Attire in 80-degree heat, made the scene after a hiatus of nearly a year. She hasn't changed much: Same wool sweater and skirt, same walking stick, same scarf tied tightly around her head. She was, however, wearing a new pair of Nike Air Max running shoes. I tell you, we should all be so quick on our feet at her age ...!

Bet "The Walking Lady" has some interesting stories to tell is she would tell them.
aww.. I like "Dignified Lady". She looks sweet. But I bet she would wop you over the head with a cane upon approach? lol
With those new shoes i bet it gives her the edge when racing to get the last apple fritter!
