BREAKING THE SOUND BARRIER AT 7TH AND MONTANA ...!

Head for the hills, folks!  An Anonymous Loudmouth is on the loose at 7th and Montana and his lips are flapping up a storm.  The fun began this morning when the Loudmouth-in-Question pulled out a cell phone to call his mechanic.  "How quickly can I get the tires?!?" he boomed in a voice that no doubt carried clear across Montana Avenue ... if not the State.  Robin -- gratified that my camera was pointing somewhere else for a change -- seemed amused as the Loudmouth droned on.  As for me, by the time he finished discussing the full range of his automotive needs, I was ready to blow a gasket ...!

People may argue the point that this fellow talking on the cell phone is no different than if he had a seat mate and was conversing with him, but I beg to differ.  I think people (one would hope) would use a discreet tone for their conversations.  However, there are those that just don't get it!  My daughter's boyfriend was asking if we ever noticed when someone is deaf or is from another country, they automatically talk louder.  Like that is going to help them communicate better...  Maybe this Mr. Loudmouth thought that by talking LOUD he could make the mechanic understand what he wanted.  I know its a stretch....lol.

So how many tires did he get?  What an un-balanced chap!

Some people think LOUD means ATHORITY...but between me and you, I think the sound effects gives it away. I know it does when I've tried to discribe something that's gone a-rye with my truck....kit

As fast as his tyres were put on, I would have been going round letting them down!
