Shock waves rippled across 7th and Montana this morning as Ace Photographer Kovar made the scene with a cell phone. "Tell me," he said as he was attempting to send someone a text message, "How would you abbreviate Starbucks?" "Bucks," I responded, shocked to see Kovar using a cell phone, even if it did look like he pulled it out of moth balls. "I hate these things," he said, "You can never hear anyone half the time, the reception is always so bad." I agreed, but couldn't help wondering whether Kovar, like the rest of us, will become addicted. Who knows, maybe he'll start using a Blackberry. Then, again, something tells me he's strictly a One-Celled animal ...

I asked my DD #2 if she has carpal tunnel from TM, lol. Kids amaze me how fast they are on those things....just wish they would not use them while driving!
You know, I still can't text-message....

STRBX. Text messaging bugs me. For some reason, it is very 13 year old giddy school girl to me. ~Mary
Lol...You always make me laugh Marty. But I concur with the Picture man...I hate phones p.e.r.i.o.d....I mean Think about it. A bell(or what have you) goes off and like Pavloas Dog experiment we stop and yeald to it command! Not to mention the fact that on the other end of the line is someone else wanting something, even if it's just your time...mostly I think I would rather see someones face when I speak with them, I LOVE the PC Cam thingy that's going on now a days...What's your take on this?...Hummmm?...oxoxoxo...Kittie
Is it the angle of your camera Marty, or is Kovar drinking a gallon of coffee?
